We have made many homemade wines and in hopes of getting rid of some we had a wine tasting party instead of our usual Oktoberfest. We had lots of cheese, fruit, brownies, and other appetizers. We sent everyone home with some wine too.

Plum Jam
We got a lot of plums from some friends, we went back for more but the bear had eaten them. So in addition to making wine we also made some plum jam with honey and agave instead of sugar and canned it. It set well and tasted delicious.

Winter Baby Shower
Some great friends threw me an awesome shower. And it turned out beautiful. I had the privilege of helping make these lovely cupcakes.
